STEP 1: what private rental use is right for you?

PRIVATE PLAY DATE ($85)

Reserve a private play date if you are looking for a “non-party” private rental. No outside food or drink will be allowed during a private play date rental, and there is no set up for clean up time set aside for guests to be in the café before and after the rental. A barista will be on site during the private play date rental so guests can order drinks and packaged snacks. The barista will also pick up toys throughout the rental. PRIVATE PARTY ($225)

Reserve a private party rental if you are looking to celebrate a special day with others. Private party rentals allow decorations and outside food and drink. Private party rentals also includes 30 minutes before and 10 minutes after the rental time for set up and clean up. A barista will be on site during the private party rental to help with set up and clean up. See details below for more information about what a private party rental includes.

Please note: our space can accommodate up to 35 people total (adults + kids) comfortably.
Gratuity is not included in the price of any of our packages, however is always appreciated.

NOTE: ONCE A TIME SLOT IS BOOKED BY A CUSTOMER, IT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE BOOKING CALENDAR TO PREVENT DOUBLE-BOOKING.

BOOKING CALENDAR:

BOOKING CALENDAR ALLOWS FOR BOOKING UP TO 4 MONTHS OUT.
RENTAL PRICING OVER 4 MONTHS OUT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. MESSAGE US IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DATE MORE THAN 4 MONTHS OUT.

PRIVATE play date rental includes the following

• 2 hours of PRIVATE PLAY DATE use of our entire space
• Rental fee includes play for up to 18 children ($5/additional child for ages 1-7)
• EverPlay Café staff member on site to prepare drinks and clean up toys.
• No outside food or drink allowed. All café drinks and packaged snacks will be available for purchase.

Optional Add-ons

• If you would like any specialty pastries for your private play time please let EverPlay Café know at least 72 hours in advance. Payment is expected at the time of the play date for any pastries ordered.

$225

PRIVATE party rental includes the following

• 2 hours of PRIVATE PARTY use of our entire space
• For up to 18 children ($5/additional child for ages 1-7)
• EverPlay Café staff member to help with set up and clean up
• Additional 30 minutes of set up and 10 minutes clean up time (for host family, 40 min total)
• Option to bring in your own food (peanut-free), drink (non-alcoholic), & decorations (no glitter or confetti)
• Paper plates, napkins, and dinnerware utensils
• Onsite barista available to make specialty coffee drinks. (Available for additional cost)

Optional Add-ons

• On-site barista to prepare up to 15 specialty coffee drinks for your guests ($65)
• Juice boxes and water bottles available for purchase

Private rental policIes

• DEPOSITS - A $20 deposit for a play date and $50 deposit for a party is due at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your total balance due at the end of your rental time.

• GRATUITY - Gratuity is not included in the price of any of our packages, however is always appreciated.

• CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel more than 3 weeks from the rental date - rental deposit returned

  • Cancel within 1-3 weeks of the rental date - deposit is nonrefundable, but you will not be charged the remaining rental cost

  • Cancel within 1 week of the rental date – you will be required to pay the remaining rental cost if you choose to cancel and not reschedule. We will send an invoice with the remaining balance to the email used to originally schedule the rental.

NOTE: We allow guests to reschedule one time if cancellation is due to sickness without paying an additional deposit fee. Remaining rental fee will be due at the time of the rescheduled rental.
